英语课堂教学提问的有效性和艺术性探究
提问是课堂教学的催化剂,是课堂教学内容和形式的重要组成部分,更是实现教学目标和启发学生思维的重要方式。问题的设置体现了每位老师的教学构思,因为问题是引导学生必要的手段,但是作为英语老师,我们在每一个不同的教学过程中如何设计有效的课堂提问是十分重要的。一个好的提问可以启发学生的学习动机,激发学生的兴趣,启迪学生的智慧,唤起学生的情感共鸣,在让学生关注教学过程和培养探究精神方面起着不可忽视的作用。对于老师而言,一个好的问题不光体现在问题本身设置的质量和角度是否会促进教学,更是对教学内容的提炼和升华,甚至说是驾驭;老师作为课堂教学的组织者、引导者的作用也在设问中得以体现,高质量的提问产生的效益当然首先是课堂教学的高效益,最重要的是教师与学生在教学内容和思想上的共鸣、互动和反思。
在这次由区英语教研室组织的“星光大道”教学比武第一组比赛中,我重点关注了三位老师的课堂提问,并通过表格的形式对三位老师的提问进行了回顾和初步总结。
